Overview
What this system does
The Supersleeper FRP Pultrusion Management System is an internal production planning tool designed to help you manage the full lifecycle of your 18 imported FRP pultrusion products — from mould configuration and capacity planning through to order management and mould maintenance forecasting.
The system is built around three core concepts that mirror how your factory actually operates:

| Mould Group | A physical mould (or set of identical moulds) that produces one or more product variants | Capacity and lifespan are tracked at the mould group level, not per individual SKU |
| Product / SKU | A specific variant produced by a mould group — defined by profile, length, and finish | Orders are placed in units of a specific SKU; the system converts units to linear metres for capacity calculations |
| Linear Metres (lm) | The universal production unit — every capacity figure, mould lifespan, and order size is ultimately measured in lm | Allows apples-to-apples comparison across different product lengths and mould groups |
